Does anyone know the differences between these engines? I know the turbos are different and assume the rods and pistons are slightly stronger for the fk8. Also the fuel systems are different. Any info would be helpful. Trying to determine what a safe power level would be us. Guessing around 400ish hp

This article does a good job of highlighting the differences between the K20C1 (CTR) and the K20C4 (Accord 2.0T). You're already on track with your assumptions of different turbo, pistons (rods are same), and fuel system.
One thing the article missed is that the accord does have balancing shafts and the type r does not.
