Wondered if anyone has been using the Sport+ Manual Mode to shift strictly using the paddle shifters.

I noticed that the first gear seems very odd that they give you 0 control of it in this mode. Auto Shifts to 2nd at abotu 1.5 RPM which I am not a fan of and plan to use the Manual mode more often than not.

Does this issue persist when using standard Drive or the normal Sport mode?

Is there a way to Remove this feature with tuning/hondata etc?

Can't tune it out. Its basically a built in traction control feature. Theres way too much low RPM torque to use first gear. Second gear still has issues putting power down from low speeds.

With my 10 speed, I think of its ratios like this:
its got a craw gear for traffic (1st)
a close ratio 6-speed (2nd-7th)
and 3 overdrives (8th-10th)

Well, I know for me, I prefer to use my left foot to shift…
