I already have a Ktuner, but if i was to do a bolt on new turbo will I still use the ktuner or one or the other? Also what kind of power upgrade would I probably be looking at?

You will have to have a Tuner (Ktuner or Hondata) for a big Turbo upgrade. You will also need 93+ available and if not a Meth kit.

You will also need bolts on to support the increase in boost pressure. Stock charge pipes will not hold up.

I appreciate the tip! What kind of power would I be looking at and how much reliability do you think I would lose?

With a FBO accord 2.0 and a bigger turbo, you could get as high as 600HP at the crank.
It all depends on how much to want to put into it. Realistically most people get into the min 400s pretty easily and call it a day

Small thing not everybody thinks about but snag a pair of 27won 4 bar MAP sensors for an accurate read of boost. Factory sensors aren’t good for over 28lbs. Whether you think you’ll push over or not I’d get them as a safeguard
