20 inch rims

I have a 2021 Honda Accord ex l Hybrid and am considering putting 20 niche gammas on it and was wondering if I did so would I have any issues with tire rubbing or anything like occurring and be forced into modifying the suspension to accommodate the rims. Also I tend to carry a heavy load in my car which weighs down the rear that’s why I was wondering if it would rub or cause issues I am new to all of this and require a lot of knowledge so I don’t mess anything up please help…… one more thing I was wondering is what tires pair well with either 19 or 20 inch niche gammas
