I do find the trunk a bit odd in it's shape, the side foam seems to be encroaching on the cargo area making it look more narrow near the cabin.

Still looks a bit odd to me because the sides aren't flat all the way through, but it does show me the grocery bag hooks that were hidden in my image.

Costco trips, winter sports gear, etc needs every bit of trunk space available and sometimes things needs to go in sideways. But it's a hurdle you overcome when needed I suppose.

I haven't seen a wild Accord yet, but I'd imagine the side profile looks every bit as sleek as the images.

That was an old accord concept from 2016 so it's pretty much obsolete since the new Accord is out already. No doubt another concept will debut when the outgoing model is due for a refresh.

Of course it'll influence the current generation of car design, but by the time the next Accord is due for an overhaul, they'll have released a new concept featuring what their next gen styling is headed.
