Is there any way to get the battery to charge in the hybrid model while not moving? Mine is a 2018 model

Get the ICE to kick on. If the battery level is low enough it will do it by itself. Or you can switch it into sport mode and the ICE will start in order to increase the battery charge to ensure you have sufficient available power to be speedy.

If in "not moving" you mean while parked you could get a product from Battery Tender to charge your battery when parked. I use one of their products on my motorcycle that isn't ridden daily... the charger will automatically charge/maintain the battery as needed.

Still not sure if I totally understand the question, if you mean the main battery a trickle charger like Fired00d said might keep the batter full if you're worried about not driving it enough that the battery dies.

If you are talking about a way to "charge" the main hybrid battery, I don't think you can. The Accord is a regular hybrid, not a plug in hybrid.
