My 2019 Accord Hybrid Touring keyless entry has started to fail with no particular pattern, over the last three months or so. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason - morning/night hot/cold dry/rain. Usually if it decides not to work, both the handle-pull unlock and the finger-touch lock fails. However, sometimes it won't unlock when I try to get in, but when I arrive at my destination the touch lock will work. Other times it will do the hangle-pull unlock when I get in first time for the day, but the touch lock won't work when I arrive at my destination. I keep my key in a zippered pocket, so it's a bit of a pain to have to get it out when I'm expecting not to have to do that. I have not made any changes to the car, however the O2 sensor had failed upon original delivery, so that had to be replaced, then the factory battery died after having the car about 3 months, and the Honda dealership I took it to for replacement did some sort of reset (against my request) which deleted some of the mileage memory, along with a low tire pressure warning history message that came up when the batter failed (weird, right?). It was a couple months after that when this keyless door lock problem began.

UPDATE: I took the car to Honda and they determined that the door handle was "over extended". Per the service guy they see this when someone has tried to break into your car and yanked on the door handle too hard. They had to replace the door handle, thankfully still under warranty. Hope this doesn't happen again.
