Does the tint affect the light output... how much blue is noticed at night when they are on? I remember reading your post that you had upgraded your lights and was wondering if the tint had any affect. Also I notice from your tag you are in Cali... with the strict vehicle laws I've heard/read that are there will the tint be an issue/concern (especially being blue as some places are really strict not allowing anyone other than LEO having blue lights).

Hey folks,
I have a 2020 Obsidian Blue Accord
Touring hybrid. I recently had the ice blue headlight overlays added to my vehicle. Hey California...don't worry.
They look more blue when they're off
than on. When on, they appear only slightly blue and not enough to get any
attention. I am a courier and drive
8,000-12,000 miles a month. I drive thru Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa and Illinois. Not one local or state law enforcement official has even batted an eye at me at all.
Now I don't live in California but, I don't think they will even notice you. I hope this helps you.
