I see what I think are cargo net holders on each side of trunk? Dealer says they are not for cargo net? Then what are they for? Lol thanks

From page 233 of the 2018 Owners Manual...

"The cargo hooks in the trunk can be used to install a net for securing items.

I use mine to hook grocery bags to that I place in the trunk. Also I believe there are additional attachments that would be needed to secure the bottom of the net if you're thinking about the OEM cargo net for the trunk.

You can find the installation instructions here for the OEM cargo net. It uses the hooks you speak of but has to have additional parts installed as I mentioned to secure the bottom of the net.
