Look at how similar the body shape is on this thing. Its a total rip off. Even down to the details in a lot of ways. Yeah, the grill is a little bit different, lights are a little different but otherwise it's a direct copy. That faux carbon fiber interior detail strip on the door and dash is the EXACT same pattern that's on the inside of my Sport. They even have the same V shaped spoke on the bottom of the steering wheel.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Either Honda got it right, or GM lack the ability to design something unique (probably both).

Besides, I'll bet that the 2020 Cadillac will cost twice as much as the 10 Gen Accord Touring.

All recent medium size sedans from American, European, Japanese, and Korean mfrs. follow this fastback styling profile. The Cadillac drive system is REAR DRIVE. Sure wish my Accord Sport 2.0 was rear drive as it is a more satisfying driving experience than front drive for those of us interested in driving dynamics. I would pay a couple of thousand more for a rear drive Accord with a hatchback. For another $15-20,000 a Mercedes Benz, BMW, or Audi could satisfy my requirements albeit with much higher maintenance costs as well. A Kia Stinger might be a good compromise. Waiting to see the Cadillac price.
