Hey yall!

Picked up my Accord a couple months ago. I'm new to Accords, but not new to Hondas. I had 2 5th gen Preludes but lost them both to accidents. Took a small hiatus from the scene for a while and leased a 2019 HRV but got bored so I turned it in for the Accord.

I've been reading, researching and buying parts. Looking to do a one weekend transformation once I get my coils and wheels in.

Loving everything about this car so far and happy to be here :)

welcome to the forum. You'll definitely be happy in your Accord. Did you end up with the CVT or manual?
Thank you!

It has the CVT because manual wasn't an option at all for 2021s. Hoping if I treat the trans nice, it'll treat me nice back. Because of that, and the fact that I'm not looking for a power build, all my mod plans will be esthetic based.

If I was actually awake this morning I would have seen it was a 2021 and I wouldn't have asked a dumb question lol Don't be too scared of the CVT. I came from the CivicX platform before this and there are plenty of guys run bolt ons and a Ktuner tune. Obviously you don't want to hammer on it all day every day but the CVT can handle some power upgrades. Either way, enjoy it. My wife had an EX-L with the 1.5/CVT combo and it was a great daily driver.
