Hi everyone,
I've read some similar issues to mine on here in the past, but for various reasons. Has anyone else been having issues with their Carplay/Bluetooth connectivity and if so, how did you resolve the situation?
I've noticed at random, when using Carplay (the 22's is wireless) it randomly might cut out for a few moments via bluetooth or on the charging pad below the head unit.
I've gone into the developer mode, looked up how to reset/reboot the head unit through ignition tips, etc. And it seemed to fix the issue initially, but now it's doing it again at random...
I've also noticed if I want to play a YouTube video on my phone while connected to Carplay/Bluetooth, it'll especially cut in and out frequently and has a major audio delay from the video?
I don't know if these 10th gen systems/unit/bluetooth are just junk or something else faulty may be causing it? My 22' is completely stock at the moment, all the wires i've checked seem fine so far, and i've even reset my phone as well for diagnostic testing.
It's not that big of an issue usually, but I was curious if this is just bluetooth life or if this is not normal to be experiencing, especially in regard to YouTube videos?
Thanks in advance,
Dylan
