Hi All,
I've had my 2019 sport since December and have not been able to get the app to work. About a month ago I reached out to tech support in the app and told me they were aware of the issues and hoped to have an update to the app in two weeks. I just tried to use the app again today (1 month later) and still messed up! So I called support again and they are experiencing problems with their phone network.

Has anyone else been able to use the phone app?

I'm getting errors after the blue tooth links up. I've tried restarting my phone, logging out of the the app etc. In fact when I log out it looses all my saved info about the car (VIN#). Then when I go to add it back in....you guessed it - Error!

I currently own a 2018 Accord Sport 1.5T AT. With regards to your issue, I noticed the following when I was initially test driving the car: my Google Nexus 6P (2015 model) would not connect to my car via the AA app. However, when I tried connecting with AA using a newer, Google Pixel 2XL (2017 model), the phone and AA connected flawlessly. So depending on what kind of phone you have, that could be one potential culprit.
