I wanted to clean my engine bay and looking for any advise on what is different than washing a regular non-hybrid engine bay.

UPDATE:

Washed my engine. Just used a garden hose with a mist setting and used some Superclean diluted 6:1 before I hosed it down and agitated with a detailing brush.

Came out great and I used my dog dryer to blow off the water and then just let it air dry for a couple of hours. Used chemical guys VRP on the plastics and am happy with the results!

I didn't take any before pictures... But here are the after...

Nothing is different. I typically use full strength simple green when doing this. Looks good cheers
