Hello, I have a accord 2.0t. I have the opportunity locally to buy a ktuner that was used on a 2017 civic si. Is the software in the ktuner? Or do you download it after your ktuner reads the ECU thus making the ktuner basically the tool that you use to upload the tune to the car. On the ktuner website when you look for the accord 2.0t ktuner, it also lists the civic and accord 1.5 t among other cars as compatible. But I might be missing something . Just wanted to make sure or if anyone can confirm ? I attached the list that's on the ktuner website maybe im looking at the wrong thing?

So i emailed ktuner directly. I asked them this question and they basically said it should be compatible as long as you make sure it has been properly unlocked. The ktuner guys also sent me this link KTuner.com/applications . As long as it is listed there you should be able to use the ktuner.

Glad they answered you, I've had good luck with their customer support. Yeah, I bought a Ktuner from somebody on the civicx forums, put it on my 2017 Si and then swapped it over to my Accord all without any issues. Thats the great thing about Ktuner, as long as its unlocked properly you can use it on all those different vehicles. Enjoy your newly tuned Accord

Thanks for your feedback! even more reassurance. Their customer service is great. Howd you feel going from a civic SI to an accord? I wanted a civicx si also but with 3 kids and it being stick with traffic i had to go with accord.
