So my new Accord Sport has an Issue. When I talk to someone on the phone. They hear a lot of
background noise. I left a message on a voice mail, and listen to it. Its way over modulated. I have not taken it to the dealer as of yet. Do you know of this issue or fix?

I haven't experienced the problem you are describing but here are a couple suggestions to try.... Have you checked/tried adjusting the volume when you're in a call? Have you paired and tried a different phone in your car?

Also maybe try deleting the phone and setting it up again so it makes a new connection with the car?

I have had similar issues and found it to be interference with the in-car WiFi. If I turn WiFi off on either the head unit or disable WiFi on my phone, the background interference goes away. Strange/coincidental? Perhaps. But it works on both our phones - one an iPhone XS Max, the other a Samsung Note 9. Good luck!
