bigger turbo

Hey guys if anyone can help me answer my question id appreciate it. so i want to go get a bigger turbo specifically 27won kuro it’s a fk8 hybrid turbo. so when i install it is it possible to just drive with stage 4 tune or would i have to get a custom tune right away.
