Well, I've watched a lot of YouTube videos about this, and read a lot about this for automatic transmission cars, but is this technique safe to do on our Sports? I mean i know everything is safe within moderation, but is it detrimental or harmful to the engine/transmission? Thank you for any advice.. This sounds like abnormal abuse to the engine/transmission to me, that's why I'm asking.
Power braking/brake boosting/brake standing is all the same thing and it's never a good thing to do to an automatic transmission. It's also the absolute best way to kill a CVT by galling the belt and/or pulleys

haha, Nice Nice good for you! That's what I'm gong to have to do soon.. Just go out for a nice long drive.. I just don't know where to drive around my neighborhood. There aren't too many nice non pot-hole filled roads, but I shall have to find something.
Go look on google maps at the roads inside the triangle formed by highways US-27, KY-9, and US-62 in northern Kentucky just southeast of Cincinnati.

Are you guys in north or south Jersey? My parents lived around Kinnelon back in the mid 80s and I seem to remember some good twisties over to the NW of there.

How about driving into the PA mountains?
