Everyone has been complaining having Hard Time checking Oil Level , Unless Light is just Right , Or Oil is Older & Darker
Even then It Runs Off Faster then You able to Spot Oil Level . . ( Everything is all Gloss )
My Cure , Took Tip of Dip stick - Sanded it with 180 Grits - both sides - Until all Gloss is gone . .
Then Tapped it on Clean Bench to get any Grit Off . Then take Scott Brite to Same Area to Smooth & Blend - Further Dull Reading End ..
Seeing Oil is Glossy , Now Reader Is No Longer Glossy - Oil Shows up so much Better .. also the Dull Surface gives more Liquid Tension so Warm Oil
Doesn't just Run Off as Fast . . Time to See Oil Line . .
As takes 3~5 seconds Pull stick , move Arm & D.S. to Point for Viewing . . Depending Day or Night . .
PS: I Used Carb Cleaner to Clean Off Drip stick along with White Cotton clothe to Check a few times - making
sure Clean .. Before Actually Testing - Hey Works . .
