My studs are 5mm cut to make 20mm spacers work with sport oem wheels. Now im planning on putting a set of 19x9.5 40 offset WITHOUT the spacers, will i still be ok with 5mm less threds to hold the new wheels??

not sure what you mean by that.
Sorry, I meant see if you can measure how much thread engagement you have between your cut studs and new lug nuts with new wheels installed.

Per the article above: "At the minimum, thread engagement length must be equal to or greater than the diameter of the fastener. In other words, if the stud is 1/2-inch in diameter, the nut must engage onto the stud by at least 1/2-inch. If not, either a longer stud or longer nut must be used."

I think you need a minimum of four turns on lug so it can be
