My volvo is a naturally aspirated V8 xc90 2008. But shouldn't the Honda since it's a turbo turn on after its shut off if hot enough.
NO Honda Built in a Way to have Convection Currents - Draw Heat Up Pulls Cooler Coolant from Below ( Hence Two Different Line Sizes )
Larger Coolant Spot inside Turbo Housing Block - then just a Drill Passage ..

Odd this Happened After Replacing A/C Parts ?

I Know there are Part Numbers that Suppose to be Scanned into Computer on some Cars , If New Part isn't ~ Recognized ~ Weird Things Happen . .

Who Installed A/C Components ?

On My Volvo If it wasn't Exact Part Number some Items Would NOT Work , like say Same Part but from Europe ./.
said it had to do With Stolen Parts , but Hey ( I don't do that Car Computer Stuff )

Should have also Changed Dryer & A/C system Filter , did A/C shop - Pull Vac 1 or 3 times & make sure it had New Fresh Oil .. in A/C system

As I have seen Brand New Audi's in Florida have A/C Compressor redone , Only to do it all Again in 20K , as it was NOT Done Right First Time ( A Holes ) taking short cuts ./.

Kinda like a Dentist that Pulls one of Your Wisdom Teeth , only to find Out He Cracked Tooth next to One that came out ( During Removal ) as They Like Prefer
Put You to Sleep ( I wonder Why ) - HOPE You didn't get Put to Sleep on Redoing of A/C system .. ?

I have Been also speaking with another Honda Owner 2.0 that has had Pinging on Hot Days - His Plugs were all Carbon Loaded
Had to Pull over as Honda was Loosing power .. again Over 100 Degree's ( Now 2 months ) 1 Issue was Bad Fuel ./. Once this War got Under way
Prices went High - Fuel Manufactures Grabbed 1.5 Trillion in New Profits ( Cheap Crappy Gas ) Other Issues His Plugs were all Loaded Up from this Happening . .
Over 100F Degree's Motor is Dumping Fuel ( Really Need Inter~Cooler ) ..Fuel is Washing Out Carbon ..Washing Oil off Cly. Walls

When I Run Harder n Mountains , Turbo is Working Harder & Trans is Working Harder - I always Run Higher Octane then Normal ..
Have Engine Bay Seal OFF ! ( Min. )

I Place 2-3 OZ of Marvel in Motor 25-100 Miles before Oil & Filter Change - every Other Change just to Keep Carbon to Min.
Drive it then ( Drop it all Out ) Runs Out Black when Doing a Clean Out .. ( Once Done ) Actually Skip 2 Changes Normally ..

I have even added 1 oz to Fuel system on Very Cold Winter days - here in TN only Zero . . for few Days . .
If I was up North where it might be -12 with Wind Chill of -25_-35F for a week straight !
I'll Add 2.5 Oz. of Marvel to 12 Gallons
