Odd question but is there a way to turn the fog lights on without turning on the headlights? I used to own a Saab that could do that. Reason...I find the LED ‘signature’ lights, that I assume to serve as DRL, to not be all that noticeable. I’d rather not turn on my headlights...

Yah...oh well. It is what it is. Still loving the car after 9 weeks and 3K miles. My son has my 2009 Accord EX. It’s interesting driving the 2. The ‘09 still drives very well even with 125K miles..other than my son being a pig and not keeping it clean...That’s why I would not yet consider a Hyundai or Kia yet...not yet convinced a 10 y/o Korean car will hold up as well as a Honda/Toyota or newer versions of Mazda.

Btw, this guy converted aftermarket fog lights to be turn signals and to be on with DRLs.
That's @jovehonda94... he's a member here. May want to shoot him a message see if he has any insight on having the fog lights on w/o headlights.

I have an 18 lx so I had to buy OEM fogs and install them myself. But I chose to tap into another fuse location so I could turn my fogs on whenever I want. You would have to find your fog light wire and reroute it. That’s my simple yet clearly unexplained hard to do answer. Hahahaha. Sucks I know. I just start messing around until I figure out what I’m working with. I am definitely no electrician but mine are still going strong.

WHERE IS THE PURPLE WIRE GOING, ASSUMING THAT IS THE WIRE YOU USED?
