We still don't have many posts re: Fumoto oil drains. I recently did my first oil change on a 2.0T, and see that an oil drain would be very helpful to avoid removing the larger shield. Anyone use one of the F106/S/SX drains? Any other brands used?

I just looked at the Fumoto website and they aren't showing fitment for 2018+ Honda Accords. The P/N you mentioned how did you determine it would fit X Generation Accord's?
If you are on a desktop, the left side pane allows you to enter make, model, year of car. The 106 series fit. Looking at different vehicles, the selector tool usually indicates if a spacer or other important considerations must be made.

I have the F106SX waiting for install. I looked when I had the bumper off for my grille install and it looks like it will fit perfectly. I’ve been waiting to get to 3,000 miles to do the oil change/install, but it looks like that may take a while now that we’re on lockdown. Maybe I’ll do it today out of sheer boredom. ?
What engine/model do you have? The drain bolt on the 2.0T is literally right at the edge of the larger under cover/shield. It's likely that the F106SX can be positioned to drain the oil to the right side, but may need a hose to keep it from draining on the shield near the end of the oil drain. If you don't mind removing 5 screws every time you want to change the oil, a Fumoto isn't needed as it drains cleanly without obstruction or mess. I only had 3000 mi on my vehicle that spent all winter out of salt and road debris, but was surprised how much debris had accumulated above the shield, and the screws had some corrosion/dirt resistance (from the one trip I had to make on salted roads). Perhaps some grease or no-seize will find its way onto the screws at the next oil change. ?

I am on desktop but not seeing what you're describing...
OMG.... Their websites aren't mirrored. How weird. Try this one:

I see they are not shipping right now due to shelter-in-place mandate in CA.
