Got our Sport 2.0T last month. Now has 700 odd miles - break-in is done! Drove neighbor's 1.5T and was sold, but I wanted more oomph. Happy I went for the 2.0T, pleasant surprise at the little extras.

I have been thinking of the Hondata Flash offering. Don't relish the thought of having to go back to Premium Gas as that was a welcome relief from my other cars. Will have to read up some more or call them up. It's a relatively cheap mod for what it will do. Right now I'm just starting to explore the performance capabilities as it's just passed the break-in period.

That was a thought/concern of mine also... Looking at some of the dyno sheets on Hondata they recommend 91 or higher octane same thing w/the dyno sheets using KTuner.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I have only just tickled the beast a little as it is barely broken in. I have heard the purr in Sport Mode and I am waiting to really do some WOT testing. My beater is a 2005 legacy gt with 145k on it. The venerable turbo in it still shoves me in the back with urgency. I'm sure the 2.0T can do the same thing but with much more refinement. I have more fun with it every time I drive it!
