second part is this screw thingy, I have one on the driver side but seems to be issuing on the passenger side, also underbody

@PaNdAcCoRd17... just looked at Honda Parts Now website and put in my year/model car and I think the part you may be needing is P/N 71310-TVA-A50. You should probably look from underneath the car to confirm this is the part needed. As for the other part information you inquired about post a picture from a little farther back so it will show exactly where the part goes... that would help in identifying it.

As far as the diverter goes, I think that's an integrated part of the wheel inner splash shield. You might want to check with a local hinda delaer for the exact part. I see your bumper cover was sprayed in that area and they obviously sprayed that as well. If that Accord was mine, I'd wet sand the diverter with some extra fine paper and let it be. It'll come out smooth and black.

First off, what condition is the rubber? Is it scuffed up from hitting parking stops or curbs, or is it nice and smooth except for the over spray? If the rubber is in smooth condition and all you want to do is take off that white paint then a 800 grit paper or even higher should do. If the rubber is scuffed up, meaning there's visible small pieces of hanging rubber in the scuff area then I'd use something like 400 to knock them off then follow up with 800 or higher to smooth it out. Just go slowly and only in the areas that need that paint off and you'll be fine. In the end, the piece will no longer be white and even if not perfect, will be less noticeable.

Compare a couple of the Honda parts sites for shipping, sales tax, and availability.

West Coast dealers will usually have the parts since it arrives there first.
