Have been having issues with my Honda Link for over a month. I cannot connect to its automated navigation system. The dealer was useless. They do not understand the difference between Honda Link and Garmin GPS. They told me to call customer service. For three weeks (yes THREE weeks), customer care was telling me that I was the only one having this issue, but they could not find the problem. Obviously, the problem must be with my car if their system is working fine. Because they could not refute this logic, they then claimed others were having the same issue. LIARS.
Each time I try to connect, there is a long delay until Honda Link answers and after I request it to find a place, it disconnects. If I mumble incoherently, I get connected to an operator. Anyone else having this issue? Any suggests?
My Honda is a 2019 Accord Touring.

Have never used Honda Link that way so can't say if it's working or not.... I did receive an update to the Honda Link app today (Version 4.3.5). If you haven't already may want to check to see if you have the latest version it did state "Minor bug fixes and usability enhancements" (for what that's worth).
