Just wanted to share this promo video Honda released, showing why manuals are still relevant. Love how supportive Honda is being of the manual gearbox, especially in a time when the option is becoming increasingly difficult to come by. Long live the stick shift!

Watching a video on how to drive is one thing, but actually feeling the friction zone is another. Advantage with a manual is theft deterrent, people simply can't steal your car if they can't drive it and people who are aren't that many around my part of the city.

Glad to see that Honda is dedicated to preserving the driving experience for enthusiasts. Now if only we could convince them to bring back the S2000. Perhaps Toyota's new Supra will spur some interest in a new two door sports model.

Didn't a senior manager at Honda blatantly say there won't be a roadster to replace the S2000? There was a rendering of what a new S2000 could look like and it's a real beauty, but something we'll never see from Honda. Maybe something else under another nameplate, but not a return of the legendary car. As nice as driving experience is for enthusiasts, Honda still has a bottom line to meet with SUVs and crossover sales.
