Have you folks ever communicated with Honda Corp customer support? They are a complete joke. The one person who took my case "Kim M." is extremely rude and offers no support. My new Accord Hybrid is getting HORRIBLE mpg, and I am trying to get Honda to check it out to resolve. Our local dealer does not even have a way to test the Hybrid battery................what????? And Corp seems to not have a tech or engineer who can work with me. It seems that Honda USA has a bunch of dummies working for them. I cannot even get them to tell me about the Hybrid battery capacity, the Hybrid electric motor, or the Hybrid battery charger output (generator) and I think it is because they don't know anything.
Any Comments or suggestions? Thanks.
