If you don’t care about reusing it, not hard at all. Just gently pry it up with a credit card or something plastic so as to not scratch the paint. There are two pins on the back of the emblem with friction fit retainers; either the pins will snap or the retainers will come off. The alternative is to remove the whole panel to get at those retainers, which isn’t worth the effort IMO - if you want to go that route, just search the forum.
