So i have 2020 accord 1.5.its time for First Service as the minder says so and oil quality is at 15%.this is my first car ever so i am not sure how to proceed

1)Should i ONLY go to dealer and get the service done?

2)How much usually does it cost for an oil change at the dealership?

3)Do dealer run any discounts for oil changes? Can i call dealerships and find out who has the lowest price?

4)Please provide any suggestions that can help me

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP.

I'll answer your questions by the number corresponding to them...

1. You don't have to it's your preference. If you take it to someplace other than a dealership make sure you know of their service and are comfortable with them doing the job correctly.

2. Each dealership sets their own hourly rate which can vary by location.

3. Yes some dealerships do run discounts. Yes you can call dealerships to compare prices... add to that if you find one that is cheaper than the other that you would prefer not to use see if the dealership you want to use will match that price..

4. See above 1 - 3.

If you bought the car from a particular dealer, sometimes the first service or two after purchase is/are thrown into the deal (i.e. free/no charge). I think it's usually made clear during the negotiations but IMO, it wouldn't hurt to call and ask them to check on your recollection of the first service being free? ;)

Along with what @Samuelx said regarding free service (I had my 1st & 2nd oil change included free in purchase) some dealerships offer maintenance contracts. You pay X amount of dollars for unlimited services for a predetermined time/mileage. Depending on how many miles (better to meet the mileage requirement before time elapse) you plan on putting on your car that may be an option worth investigating if dealerships in your area offer them.
