Incoming Phone Calls - iPhone 6s

When my iPhone 6s is connected via SmartPhone Connection and I'm on a phone call, if another call comes in the options are displayed that I can put current call on hold and answer the other call, send the incoming call to voicemail or answer the incoming call and drop the current one. No matter what option I take, I lose both calls, but the screen doesn't change. I can only begin a new call.

Has anyone experienced this issue? This issue occurred prior to upgrading my phone to iOS 12 and since the upgrade.

I actually have the same issue. Not sure what can be done to be honest.
