Has anyone tried this on their Accord yet? Is it easy as it they say just pop off the MAF sensor and spritz away without stalling engine?

NO they are not just that easy. The real way to do this is to suck it into a fuel intake line. You dont have to use the device in the video, a bottle and hose will work too, but in order for this to clean fully, especially on a di engine, you need to follow this procedure. YOu will also need to scrub/scrape the valves in most cases, thats why the BG kit comes with a wire brush.
