Anyone been able to figure out if the wiring is already in your accord to support the front wipers de-icer as on the Canadian market models?

I have found the part number for the switch in the left knee instrument panel cluster, but don't want to waste the $ if the rest of it isn't in the car.....

I’m looking for parts diagrams for Canadian build with heated windshield. Want to find harness, and buttons.
