Is my driver rear paint bubbling up?

Just noticed today, on the driver rear, right above the wheel, I saw some bubbling. Not sure if it’s an issue with the paint or someone just scuffed that part with something. I know Honda had issues before with rust on the older accords.

If you think it may be rust take it back to dealer and have them look at it... your car has a paint warranty.

that looks more like a paint defect to me than rust bubbling but its hard to say. almost like some dirt was on the body before it got painted.

Just got an update from Honda. I took it for inspection about 2 weeks ago. They called me back today and it is approved by Honda - they will repaint that panel and the roof rail.
