I feel your pain man! I got two flats in 3 weeks recently - same tire! 1st one was at work. Came out around lunch to grab sunglasses from the car and saw the flat. Too hot to take pictures. Glad I found out earlier rather than right before driving home! Here's the 2nd one:

Came out in the morning, already running late for work, pull out of the garage and hear something off as I'm rolling, got out and saw this: F ME!! >:\

Wrassled it out with some vice grips (because the F-ing thing went in Backwards! )

Note, don't be lazy/in a hurry and install lug nuts with a breaker bar & socket, especially if you're (me) overweight and putting body pressure down on the bar... SMH 🤦
