Hi All,
I installed a dash and rear camera to my 2018 Accord Touring. Now my issue is the luminaries kick plate comes off if bumped/kicked. The dealer wants to sell me the entire kick plate but I believe I just need to replace the clips with new ones. Does anyone know the size and specs to buy new replacement clips. Please attach link.

If that's the case, according to those instructions (double check - I only took a VERY quick look), they re-use the original door sill clips/retaining clips and put them on the illuminated accessory parts.

For my car, I think that's #22 here: Floor Mat - 2019 Honda Accord 4 Door 20EX-L KA XAT (double check if yours is the same or not)

Take one of your clips out and bring it to the parts counter, ask the parts person to pull one of the above clips and see if they match...
