Loud roaring noise

my 2019 Hybrid Accord is making a roaring noise. It’s off and on. Very loud. Sounds like a loud truck is driving beside me and so loud it cause a vibrating noise too. What is it? Service department doesn’t know. Anyone else have this issue?

It's when you are cruising between 50-54mph right?
It's something to do with the active noise cancelation system.
This topic has been covered extensively on many forums.
There is no true fix yet from Honda but some have had success with speaker replacement etc.....
But it really is some sort of software issue with the noise cancelation system. Outside of the annoyance, really no mechanical issue if it's between 50-54mph.
I believe it's specifically around the 2000 rpm mark.
I have it, most have it. Keep your eye out for an update at some point hopefully from Honda.

Yes, my 2019 Honda Hybrid Accord touring edition had that loud roar, usually when RPM’s were about 9:30. The dealership said they couldn’t replicate the roar and had no knowledge of it …. I traded for a 2020 same model and the roar is happening on it too.

They do know about it now. Tell them to apply Service Bulletin 21-053. They may say they need to verify that you have the issue. I told them I can't do it easily, since the problem is intermittent. They applied it anyway.
