Waste Gates are Very Touchy , I Ported one ( Very Small Amount ) .025 ~ .030 with Larger Opening at Bottom where it comes from Exducer ( Exhaust Internal Wheel )
Near Center of Exhaust Manifold ~ Opened that Entering point , Like .062 ( Wow ) changed entire Waste Setting had to be Cranked Down to Build Boost . .
Took about .180 of sec. Longer to get Up to 23Psi , but Once there It Held Nice and Had much Better Top End 7200 Rpms where most Others were Falling Off at 6800rpm ..
I also did some Opening Up Boost Side - here's a - Before & After and a Polishing Inside Turbo - Before & After

OK, Looking at Spec's on 700 & 600 & TD05-21HR3 & Civic Type R - It looks to Me ( If all Tunes were same ) say 25% Ethanol
600 is Cramming more in then It's Allowing Out - so that Turbo looks to Me on Paper It will require Very Good Exhaust system Side . . ( Just Looking @ Wheels )
I Believe 600 does come with Better Flowing Waste Gate Side and Location . . check me on that ..

Anybody have any Pic's CHRA from ~ on ~ TD05-21HR3 - those would be Very Interesting as it seems to be Machined Out Type R
I Like to See Balancing Sheet on that also ..:coffee:

I Went back and Took more Concerned Look at 600 & 700 and Anyone Running for the 600 Turbo that is really Cranking it Up to Max
Needs to Port Waste Gate , as It May Over Flow the Motor , now I Suppose that's do to get some Flak - OK ..
I Just don't think the Electronic Waste Gate - even Thou it is Superior to Mechanical is Fast Enough or Allows Flow to happen soon enough ..( Pushed Past Exhaust Cam)

There are Newer High Flow Waste Gate set up's coming out that have a Black Box that Also Drives HP Fuel Pump for Going ALL OUT ..
For Cleaner - Less Complicated , Far Less Custom Plumbing etc.
Internal Waste Set Up - Is - 700 Turbo It'll have Higher Degree to Handle Exhaust Side ./. ( No Boost Spikes )

OK Clarify : New Faster Waste gate with Black Box is for Custom External set up with all Kinds of Crazy Expensive Plumbing ..

Push - Past Exhaust Cam - read - Beyond the Motor's Ability to get Rid of Exhaust Gases ~ even with ~ Internal Gate Cracked Open. ( Quick Spike )

Might even Happen - Cat-less ./. in Theory

Only a lot of Testing Hours on Dyno with Different Fuel Blends & Extra Guages

Some Minor ~ Port Work ~ on ~ Waste Gate - would - Clear that Up
