Hey guys I’m new here and I’m just looking for a bit of advice. I recently purchased this car with 48k miles, I’ve put about 4000 on it and now I’m modifying it, I already bought a ktuner and flashed a 91 octane phearable tune compatible with the stock car.

I just ordered the
Mishimoto Intercooler
PRL HVI
and a Borla exhaust

I’m wondering what I need to do once I put all these parts on my car, I know I can’t run the tune I have, I’ll flash back to stock, but should I rush to get it custom tuned with all these new parts or am I fine to cruise around with the stock tune and the above listed parts?

Also a friend is telling me I should replace all my o2 sensors as I change all these parts, not to sure why he’s saying this if anyone can tell me if it has merit!

Thanks a lot to anyone who answers :)

you'll be fine with those mods. even if you had a downpipe, you can still run the ktuner OTS maps-- no need to rush for a custom tune. i've never heard of replacing the o2 sensors for the parts you mentioned.. you should be more than fine

If you plan on staying stock turbo the best bang for your buck would be flex fuel kit and Phearable Flex fuel tune. A borla exhaust isn’t going to add any power unless it’s sound you’re after. The piping is 2.25” on the borla. It will be restrictive if you ever plan on getting a large turbo.

Ive had borlas on my last two cars (4th gen accord wagon, VW 2.0T passat wagon), nice sound, no complaints. Those parts will help with performance and efficiency, should not be a problem with stock tune but sounds like stage1 parts. Havent changed my XGEN yet. I did add the sport tip & cera-kote it.
