Hey guys, I’m new to the forum. I have a 2020 white sport and wanted to you guys opinion on tints. Stay fish tank or tint (and what %)

Definitely agree with the only thing being if you visit another state frequently. Tx allows for limo in the rear but surrounding states don't. It hasn't been an issue for me yet, but something i'm worried about when I travel.

Also, if you can afford it, get ceramic tint. It deffinitely makes a big difference for me here in Texas.

As long as you are legal to the state's requirements your car is registered in and has license plates of that state then you have nothing to worry about.

From everything I've read, and from' what I've seen on some LEO forums, it's up to the state/cop. If anything, it still involves getting pulled over, the cop looking up the statue, interpreting it at His/Her understanding and then deciding how to proceed.

Either way, it still involves getting pulled over which is something I'd rather avoid overall. Just my perspective.

I have the same color option and I opted for 5% sides and back with 30-35 full front windshield

I have ceramic tints with 30% front 20% rear side and 30% rear winshield. 20% rear windsheld is far to dark to see safely at night. 30% is perfect. Of course, just my preferance.

And yes white car with the tint on, you can't go wrong.
