Definitely agree with the only thing being if you visit another state frequently. Tx allows for limo in the rear but surrounding states don't. Also, if you can afford it, get ceramic tint. It deffinitely makes a big difference for me here in Texas.
From everything I've read, and from' what I've seen on some LEO forums, it's up to the state/cop.
