Paint defect on my roof I can see bare metal on a 2021 accord, is anymore suffering from this as well in this model year

Looks like something hit/scraped it? Where on the roof? Was it there when you bought it?

Purchased brand new car is rarely driven, Drivers side rear passenger. At the corner

Like @Samuelx said looks like something has caused that issue versus it being a paint defect. IMO a paint defect wouldn't have the scraping along w/the paint missing. Both of those places have scraping/scratching to the right of them as if something caused the damage then slid along the car after initial damage.
