Looking at PRLs site they have 2 intakes listed for the 1.5t. Is the $400 that much better then the $160?
Separate question, we have the 100k warranty. Is an intake enough for them to deny a warranty claim should one arise? (I could always put the factory back on it before taking it in but would the computer show that change?)
Our '22 EX-L 1.5t only has 9k on it but we want it to last til 200k

I’ve read that the short ram will draw hot air from the engine. And the HVI is connected to your air scoop to the bumper for more cold air. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looks to be the case. I watched "the lemon factor" videos on YT. He compared both options with AEM & Mishimoto. Dynoed all in very similar circumstances etc. Seems that the "closed" systems for all 3 were the only ones with any decent gains ~8whp.
