Problem Ktuner Low boost (Issue getting reliable 22.5psi)

2404 Views 3 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  vitaliy1202
good afternoon

I own honda accord 1.5t
I installed ktuner for myself, downloaded stage2, the pressure indicated on the map is 22.5 psi
I recorded a datalog, and got only 17-17.5psi
I noticed that I have a TPS.CMD throttle only opens at 80-85%
4865

ktuner does not want to help me and says that it depends on "environmental factors"
but i am elevation of 200 m (656 ft) above sea level
I have 101 kPA atmospheric pressure
all this speaks of good environmental factors
I will stick my data log
if someone has their own data log and they share it for study, I will be grateful

Check your cylinder fill limit table. In your data logs, scroll through where you should be making the 22.5psi, and look at "mg/stk". There is also ray tracing in the data log for the cylinder fill limit table while you are scrubbing through the log. If your mg/stk is higher than the corresponding value in the cylinder fill limit table, try raising the table values so that your recorded number does not exceed the table value. That could be your issue.

so today I wrote down the datalog on a laptop again, you can see that on standard firmware the throttle opens 100% on Ktuner firmware it doesn’t open, problem right there is clearly a problem with ktuner card
who has a 1.5t motor, think before buying a Ktuner
I would not advise, they do not give what they say
