PRL and RV6 are pretty good quality downpipes to go with. A Civic Type R Turbo upgrade is another next step you may want to consider.
Don't go based on the Butt Dyno. Factory tune has the tendency to give you a boost that pushes you back and then dies off in higher RPMs. The aftermarket tunes are more linear, so you get a slightly less push but throughout the RPM range. This can make it seem the car is lacking power when in reality you've gained it. A dyno or quarter-mile would put your mind at ease.
