Radar Assembly STOLEN!

Hey guys

So I, unfortunately, had my ACC Radar in the front bumper stolen. The next day I wake up to tons of errors codes including;

  • Adaptive Cruis Control Failure, See your Dealer
  • Lane Departure Failure, See your Dealer
  • LKAS Failure, See your Dealer
etc...

Next thing I know the Electric Power Steering Light (EPS) comes on saying "Electric Power Steering Problem, electric steering assist reduced" and it won't let my go into sport mode. The car runs fine without the radar but this EPS light won't let me go into "Sport Mode." Now my question is if anyone knows how to bypass this light so that the car's computer realizes there's no actual failure just a miscommunication between the sensor (that is no longer there) and the ECU?

Thanks!

  1. Well damn that sucks!!!... can't help on bypassing the error/fault messages you are recieving... however w/all the systems on our cars integrated it may be to your advantage to replace (perhaps by insurance claim) the ACC Radar that was stolen. :unsure:

Yeah I was thinking of that, but around my area vandalism is high and I may risk getting it stolen again. I was thinking of reconnecting the battery to see if it clears any codes.
