Is there a way just to remove the speed limiter without a ktuner or Hondata? love the 2.0T just don’t really want the extra power or the risks the come with it but if I have to I will

Why do you want to remove the speed limiter but not want extra "power or risk" from a tune? Just curious as to the reasoning behind your question.
But, as far as I know, you'll have to tune to remove the limiter.

I worded that wrong my bad I think im more worried about tuning and something like engine knock or etc happening Im really new to tuning in general and didn't want to mess anything up i mainly have a questions on how to safely tune the accord and what are chances of engine knock actually happening

Ok, that makes more sense. Most of your knock concerns come down to quality fuel. The off the shelf tunes on Ktuner or Hondata are tested and good for stock to all your basic bolt ons. If you have access to good quality 93 octane you won't run into knock issues. You may see high knock control (kcon) values immediately after tuning but all that should level out with some driving. Most people who experience high Kcon values got bad gas and you can remedy that with 1-1.5 gallons of e85 if you have access to that. That will raise your octane and reduce chances of knock/detonation. Just keep good fuel in it and you'll be fine. If you start having consistent Kcon issues you may have fuel system problems but the factory fuel system holds up pretty well on these. I ran ktuner on my 10th gen Si and now for 20k miles on my 2.0 without any issues.

I'm definitely a Ktuner guy. The nice thing about the options on the Accord is it gives you flexibility to swap a couple tunes on the fly so you don't always have to be on your max boost levels if you don't want to be. Happy to be able to help though. There are a lot of guys with good knowledge of the platform on here.
