Oh Boy - this is Like the Top Motor Mounts on Volvo's Bolted to Block the Dam Bolts are of Different Material or Oxidize themselves In
On any of these Alloy set up's - ( Some Heat , some Firm Tapping of Bolt Head before any Bolt Removal .. ) Ya Think they would place some Anti Size on
Dam Bolts , ( Yeah Right ) even Tractor Places - Do Not - Bother doing It Right ./.
A Few that didn't Take Weight & Any Load Off of Steering Rack , Same went for Volvo - If anyone didn't take weight Off Buy slightly Lifting Motor - got Screwed ..
A Few Fixed - by Squeezing in some Liquid Metal & Re-Taped , Once Bolt came Out ..
Even then It was 1/8 Turn Out then Back in 1/8+ to ( Back & Forth ) till it Felt like it was Smooth Enough to Back Out ..
A Few placed Helicoils to Repair , I Would Bitch at Honda as it could have Come this Way from Factory ? ( Always Check )
I Had a Stripped Bolt on A/C Mount as I Inspected every Nut & Bolt in First 3 Months .. ( I Bitched after 1.5 Years ) They Re_ Taped & Placed a New A/C
Unit Compressor ..
( Some try to Place Side Ways Pressure then Slowly Back it OUT ) If Bolt Refuses to Back Out ./.
( Personally I'd Drill a small , say 3/16" Hole in Center of Bolt Head - Angling same as Bolt then Tap that Hole , say 5/8" Deep Min. Place 3/16 Cap Head Steel
Pull on Cap Head ./. with Small Pry Bar ..
No Pictures , so I can't really say without seeing Area ./. ( Maybe Plastic Door Tool ) thin End would be able to get Under it ..( Slight Pry while Turning slowly )
