So here in WA we get ice like nothing I experienced in UT. I never needed anything but all weather tires but when I moved to WA ice is a big problem. My husband and I buy studded tires with rims for my 2007 accord because I have a 45 min commute and ice can be an inch thick some years (no salt is used on the roads in WA just gravel and sometimes de-icer) but I hear that you can't use them on my 2018 accord; just wondering if this is true and if so why.
Thanks

Never heard that studded tires can't be used and found nothing in the manual stating such. The manual does say that "models with 235/40 R 19 tires not recommended to use any type of chains". It is my thought the reason chains aren't recommended for those models is due to tire to fender clearance and the concern of body damage if the got loose.
