Caught On Camera: Honda Tech Trash-Talking Customer While Purposely Delaying Car

As the article states at the end...

"So while, yes, there are two sides to every story, this video is pretty damning evidence for the dealership. The Drive reached out to Northside Honda where a service advisor acknowledged the existence of the video but refused to comment."

This sure may be one dealership to avoid if that Service Advisor is still there. :mad:

An employee acting like this, is not only making a bad name for for himself, but the dealer, as well. My question is, wasn't some sort of manager overlooking the garage at the time? Should he/she have done something? Or, in view of the employee driver responding in such a dutiful way, was the jerk giving orders the actual service manager? Who knows?

These are all simply rhetorical questions. But, I think it's safe to say the Service Advisor/possible Service Manager is long gone. I'd still steer clear of the dealer.

The funny thing about all this shyt is here in MA they beg you to full the damn survey. Literally they lick your @$% for you to give a good review on the freakin' survey so they can grow up while treating you like **** on your back.

+1, my salesperson was good and all but the pre-written generic email I received on how important it was for them to get feedback was kinda sad. I'd rather get two sentences of "Hey let me know if I can answer any questions etc.." instead of "PLEASE SUBMIT A REVIEW OMG 10+ ON EVERYTHING OR I WILL GET FIRED".

Yeah, it's amazing. They just stop short, but come close, to offering you something for a good survey!
