If there was "that" much excess, you may want to keep an eye on the tire positions (in case they spin on you - the tire shifts on the wheel - and become unbalanced)...

You know, that's a very good point. I'll have to be aware of that. Haven't felt anything unusual yet. There was a lot of excess tire glue though. On the spokes of my wheels, on the sidewalls and my tires. I know that Firestone was just an installer and they don't give two craps about my car, but the tech was pretty nice but he was like I don't know if these 255 width tires will fit lol. You might get rubbing. I said well I spoke to a tire specialist and they're the professionals he's like all right I'll do it but just for warning. Basically making me a little bit more nervous than he should have made me.

Overall, so far, the tires look good and I'm just starting to test them out and put speed on to them haha. It does feel good that when I accelerate to not spin out obviously. 😂
